HOW TO ORDER
You may place your order through our online shopping cart or by calling us at (907) 463-3230. Once online checkout is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. You will receive a hard copy of your receipt with the order as well.

We ship order within the U.S.A. and, of course, Alaska
SHIPPING FEES
Moondance Designs uses the US Postal Service for shipping. We will ship your order via Insured Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation form to be signed upon delivery. Shipping rates are based on the value of the items purchased and are not negotiable.
Shipping charges for orders made by phone will be charged in the same manner.
If your order is time sensitive please call (907) 463-3230 to expedite your order.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Moondance Designs takes great care and pride in making each piece of jewelry, thus it may take up to 10 days to prepare your items if they have been ordered based on a style verses the ready-made in stock pieces. If your order will be delayed we will notify you via e-mail or phone with the estimated ship date.
If you choose expedited shipping your jewelry may still take up to 10 days to create, however, we will make every effort to rush that process along for you so your items will arrive as quickly as possible. If the order is time sensitive, please call us at (907) 463-3230 to expedite your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail from us.

SALES TAX
By law, we are required to charge a 5% City & Borough of Juneau city sales tax on all orders placed and shipped within the City & Borough of Juneau.
GUARANTEE
We guaranteed all jewelry to be free of defects in workmanship upon delivery. Should your jewelry break and upon inspection find it was the result of poor manufacturing, we will repair the item at no charge. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
REPAIRS & SIZE ADJUSTMENTS
Damage Due to Shipping
Items damaged due to shipping will be replaced at no charge including shipping fees. We require that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt if item was damaged due to shipping.
We guarantee all jewelry to be free of defects in workmanship upon delivery. Should your jewelry break and upon inspection find it was the result of poor manufacturing, we will repair the item at no charge. Additional charges may be applied to re-sizing of items or other requested adjustments. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
For all repairs and adjustments, please call or send us an e-mail prior to sending your item to us.
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and in resalable condition will all tags attached. Sale items, custom orders, or items that have been adjusted are final sales and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURN BY MAIL
Please call or e-mail to request a Return Authorization number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
PRIVACY POLICY
All information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of order correspondence unless given to us for our newsletter. We will not share or sell our customer information with anyone.
